2. No Exchanges After Delivery

We do not offer exchanges for any delivered products. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order through our website.

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases at MJ Queen are final. This is standard practice in luxury fashion retail, where each piece is carefully curated and inspected before delivery. We encourage you to:

  • Review product details and measurements carefully
  • Check available size guides
  • Contact us via WhatsApp before ordering if you have any questions
  • Review all product images thoroughly

4. Wrong Item or Damaged Item Claims

Claims for wrong item received or damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the delivered package
  • Photos of the product showing damage or wrong item
  • Unboxing video as proof (mandatory)
  • Order number and delivery details

5. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any quality or wrong item claims, you must provide an unboxing video recording the entire unboxing process from the sealed package to the fully revealed product. This video must:

  • Show the courier package before opening
  • Show the shipping label with tracking number
  • Show the moment of opening the package
  • Show the product from all angles
  • Be continuous without edits

Claims without unboxing video will not be entertained. This policy is in place to ensure genuine claims are processed efficiently.

6. Reporting Process

To report a wrong or damaged item, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • The unboxing video
  • A brief description of the problem
