1. No Refund After Successful Delivery

Once your order has been successfully delivered, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of our fashion products. Each item is curated specifically for the customer, and we cannot restock customized or sized items.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Payment Deducted But Order Not Created: If your payment was successfully processed but no order was created in our system, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
Order Cancelled by MJ Queen: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability or other operational reasons, a full refund will be processed.
Product Unavailable After Payment: If a product becomes unavailable after payment has been processed, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value, at your choice.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

For online payments (UPI/Cards/Net Banking): Refund to original source
Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

Change of mind after order placement
Non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer
Customer not available at delivery address
Refusal to accept delivery
Any return request after delivery (see Return Policy)
Product not meeting personal expectations (color, fit, etc.)

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is due under our policy, please contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns fairly and promptly. Initiating a premature chargeback may result in account restriction.
